Lovely mountain view from the room made it special.

The owner was very friendly.
The room had an unpleasant odor when I entered. The bathroom facilities were also quite disappointing, with low water pressure in the shower and a clogged drain that left a pool of water around my feet. I counted down the days to leave, wishing I had chosen a different hotel with better conditions.

Everything was simply good. Stayed here for 3 days, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with favourable and incredible location near many beautiful temples. All the employees were helpful and amiable. Location: the venue was right by the historic center and restaurants and a park and the centre of the old town. Chiang Mai Old Town district was worth staying in.

missingWrote a review on 04 Novspacious roomhelpful hoststrong air-conditioningweak shower
The room was spacious and had strong air-conditioning. I loved the big window with double doors that reduced street noise significantly. The shared kitchen was a nice bonus, always stocked with great coffee. The host was helpful, always available to assist and provide local tips. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was weak and inconsistent. The mattress felt too hard for my preference and might not be ideal for everyone. The location was excellent, positioned right at the edge of the old city, within walking distance to many attractions and a lovely park nearby. A good stay despite the few inconveniences.

missingWrote a review on 04 Novdecent sizeacceptable amenitiesfluctuating shower
Room featured a decent size with acceptable amenities. Decent air-conditioning offers a needed relief from the heat. Common areas provided a small outdoor eating space, feeling somewhat relaxed and informal.
Multiple issues with the room included the hard mattress, which could leave you tossing and turning after a day of adventures. The shower's water flow was weak and fluctuated between temperatures. There were also old cracks in the bathroom tiles and a leaking sink, giving off a neglected vibe. The kitchen area was practically a widen hall with a scruffy outdoor eating setup, not what you'd expect from a proper hotel.

comfortable stay but minor noise issue
The room was lovely-furnished and crisply clean. I appreciated the attention to detail in the shared bathroom, as it was immaculate. The host maintained excellent communication via WhatsApp. The mountain view from my room added a refreshing touch to my stay.
I did notice some minor noise from the main ring road during the day.

The spacious room featured effective air-conditioning and unique double doors that muffled street noise. A small shared kitchen consistently offered good coffee, simplifying meal prep. The location was ideal, just outside the Old City. The beds were somewhat hard, and the shower pressure was weak, which might not suit everyone. Despite these minor inconveniences, the strong Wi-Fi and accommodating host were nice.
